Health & Safety Protocols
Unity of Fairfax continues to adapt to the changing circumstances of the pandemic while providing online and in-person opportunities to engage with us.
Only vaccinated people may attend in-person activities at Unity of Fairfax.
The updated protocols will remain in place until further notice.
Please check your weekly emails from Unity of Fairfax and the Unity of Fairfax website for important updates.
Protocols for in-person Sunday Service at 11 a.m.
- Registration is required.
- If you (or someone you have been in contact with) have had symptoms in the past 14 days, we invite you to watch our service livestream.
- Only vaccinated people may attend in-person activities. As Integrity is a core value of Unity of Fairfax, verification of vaccination status will be by the honor system.
- Building occupancy will be capped at 100 persons total.
- Service animals are welcome. Please leave pets at home.
- Masks must be worn by everyone in the building.
- Physical distancing is encouraged; however, if you would like a handshake or a hug from someone, please ask first.
- Youth of Unity (high school) are now in session. Nursery and other Youth & Family classes remain on hiatus.
- Bookstore is now open on Sundays.
- There will not be a 9 a.m. service.
- There will not be refreshments.
- Please socialize outdoors after the service.
- Doors will open at 10:40 a.m.
Please hold Unity of Fairfax in your prayers as we emerge from this very challenging time.
Lastly, we understand that some people have medical conditions that prevent taking the vaccine. We invite you to join us online for Sunday Service. However, if you are physically able to take the vaccine, please do so.
